The following procedure will open 2 tabs at the top of your page allowing you to switch between the photos tab and the contact us tab to enter the details.
After you open the 2nd “contact us” tab, please use the 1st tab at the top of your page to open the photo viewer.
(1) Open the Photo Viewer Click here and find the photo.
(2) Open the contact us form Click here and choose “Photo Archive” as the subject
